About this deal

Love the idea of a snugly stretchy wrap, but a bit daunted by the idea of tying? The Caboo has long been a favourite of parents who want a soft stretchy newborn sling, without zero faff. You can also use this to carry newborn twins.

The body panel width of Izmi Baby Carriers extends from 18cm-41cm (7"-16") and they have been weight tested to a max weight of 16kg (33lbs). We recommend Izmi Baby Carriers for 0-12 month olds of average weight/height.Yes, definitely, whether they're new to babywearing or are experienced. It's a soft material that I'm happy to wear throughout the day - I have another carrier that I can get a bit hot wearing, but this was comfy. It's easy to adjust and put on. There are good instructions included in the box, with easy-to-understand diagrams, although I still like to watch a YouTube video to remind myself how to set a wrap up safely and properly. Emily Hentley says: This is absolutely amazing it’s like giving your newborn a cuddle the sling holds them right in tight and they are comfy as well as you. When my little boy was in the wrap he was so happy and settled. I have a toddler too and being able to have him in the wrap means I can easily to playgrounds with my daughter or help her with other activities. Perfect to use from birth (6lbs/2.5kg), super comfy and dreamily soft, these elasticated baby wraps are one-size-fits-all and perfect for both mums and dads. Jessica Molyneux spence says: I would choose the Izmi baby wrap over others because the material is really good quality and supportive. Even for older babies, it still keeps them in place and doesn't stretch which would resulting in them sinking down. This means I don't need to keep taking baby out to readjust, which I have had to do with other brands. I can put it on in the morning and it will still be fine when I've finished wearing it for the day. That’s 3 layers already! Always bear this in mind when dressing yourself and your baby. Our recommendations are:

Breastfeeding with your baby in a sling or carrier is not always possible for everyone and will depend on your baby?s stage and their preferred feeding position, your body shape and the positions possible in the carrier you are using. Do give it a try if you?d like to, but don?t be discouraged if it doesn?t work easily for you at first. You may find it works better when your baby is older. These wraps are super easy to get the hang of. You might need a few tries to get your wrap tied perfectly, but it’ll soon be easy as tying your shoelaces. Clotilde Kingsley says: My little one loves being in a sling especially when feeling unwell or teething. It allows me to get lots done around the house with baby settled in the sling. This sling has a lovely stretch, which makes it easy to wrap without too much laxity, I didn't need to tighten or rewrap it whilst walking outside with it. With other slings I have found that with the weight of baby it can start pulling but he had a lovely position throughout our walk. Would you recommend this product to other parents? Sam Kennedy says: As a mum we have so much to do, especially if you have more than one child! Wearing my baby in this enables me to chop vege, hoover and dust all whilst the baby is either happy and watching everything or whilst fast asleep. I've even been able to breastfeed whilst walking the dog and no one noticed! An absolute must have for any mum. I love babywearing for the bond it gives me with my baby.

Don’t be put off by the generous size of the fabric wrap; with a bit of practice, they really are easy to use. One of their best features is the ability to pre-tie them around you, so you can simply pop your babies in and out, whether you’re at home or getting in and out of the car. For a double hippy carry, you could also try using two MiniMonkey Mini Slings or Izmi baby Carriers, as these can also be used separately and for a tandem carry (see below). ABOUT THE WEEGO TWIN CARRIER

The Izmi Essential Baby Wrap is a great value cotton alternative to the luxurious bamboo Izmi Baby Wrap. As an alternative to a single twin carrier, some twin parents do wear two Ergobaby carriers, two Tulas, two Manducas and so on. If you’ve already got a couple to hand then give it a whirl! It will likely feel very cumbersome with four padded shoulder straps and two passed waistbands, but it’s not impossible. As a rough rule of thumb: you count as one layer of clothing for your baby, and your Izmi counts as at least another. If you’re indoors, or going for a brisk walk and generating some heat, that’s like adding a third layer. Realistically, you may find this is easier to do when your baby is a month or two old, when the two of you have established breastfeeding.
